Tape Measure Father's Day Cake

Alternating Layers of Caramel and Chocolate Cake covered in Chocolate Butter cream.

White Wedding Cake

This is the finished cake, before the fresh flowers went on.

And a shot of the cake in place at the wedding.
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Very Vanilla Cake

This is a practice cake for a Wedding coming up in June

The bride wanted a simple Vanilla cake with Vanilla buttercream

The actual samples I made for her were only about 4 inches across.
But I had to make one for myself as well, I have to make sure it tastes good!

Lemon Rainbow Cake

Multi-colored Lemon Cake Layered with Lemon Mousse

Lego cakes and mini cupcakes

A little lego block cake for a small family party

This was a little last minute so the fondant got a little sloppy.
I ran out of time before the kids arrived for the party.

Mini cupcakes with lego brick candies to go with their ice cream sundaes.
I went with the mini because the kids are always about the icing anyhow, and usually not that excited about the cake. They went over really well.

Candy Cane Bundt

Pink and Purple Teapot

This pink and purple teapot was made for a little girl's 5th Birthday party. The cake and cupcakes were sour cream chocolate cake with buttercream icing and fondant decorations.

The mom requested roses, so I made these little rosettes out of fondant to go around the top along with the little pink balls.
